Sight: Very intense cherry red, with a violet rim, deep.
Nose: Complex and very complete on the nose; elegant set of fruit aromas (berries, ripe fruits) and sensations of aging (spices, tobacco, dairy, truffle).
Taste: In the mouth it is broad, powerful, with volume, soft but with perfectly integrated tannins, with great character, round and very long; elegant bitter touch at the end; long persistence both sapid and aromatic.

Storage and Preferred Consumption:

Preferred Consumption: 16-17 0C5-year aging potential in optimal storage conditions. 13-14 0C and 60% relative humidity, without temperature fluctuations.

Appearance: Intense cherry red with violet hues.

Smell: Exuberant nose with a dominant presence of generous black fruit (blackberry and blueberry) on a spicy, balsamic and mineral background.
Taste: Oily and delicate with well integrated ripe tannins. The aftertaste is intense and persistent and reminds us once again of fruity, vanilla and pastry aromas.
